Each class follows a structured yet enjoyable format:

✅ Pilates Mat Warm-Up – Activate your core and improve posture before movement.

✅ Cardio Movement – Low- to mixed-impact exercises with easy-to-follow patterns that boost heart health and brain function.

✅ Stretch & Meditation – A refreshing cooldown ending with our signature essential oil towelettes for relaxation.
