Plans Designed with Consistency and Accountablility in Mind

We believe consistency is the key to maintaining and improving your movement.  That's why our plans are based on the number of times per week you'd like to commit to, based on your goals, of course!

New Client? Or returning after injury, etc?

With over 20 years in the industry, we have learned that the best guarntee you'll stick with something new is by starting with private sessions.  This allows time for you and your coach to personalize your programming based on your needs, both mentally and physically.  Our Mobility and Posture Primer consists of 3 private training sessions to help you get started the right way.

Monthly Memberships based on Commitment to an active life!

Now more than ever, it's important you find a way to ensure an active and happy life.  Our plans are based on monthly and weekly commitments so we are focusing on long term health and vitality. Plans start with 1 time per week for 3 months all the way up to 4x per week for 1 year.  And of course, the longer your commitment the more you'll save.
